Tina Palin

The other day I found a very funny video from Saturday Night Live in which Tina Fey plays Sarah Palin and Amy Poehler is Hillary Clinton. They give a speech together and it's very funny. I couldn't make the video be here on my blog, but if you're not too lazy to click on a link to watch something (don't be ashamed, sometimes I am too), it can be viewed here.

Then today I tried to find the video on youtube, and I came across some newspeople talking about the video. (watch it here.) They discussed how great it was to have Tina Fey back on, etc. etc., and THEN they started talking about how she did such an amazing job looking just like Sarah Palin. Um . . . . what? Am I just smoking pot? Or have these people not seen Tina Fey before? She didn't have a magical transformation for that particular sketch.

Tina Fey is a very funny woman, and she did a fabulous job at doing a Sarah Palin voice and such, but come on people. It wasn't that much of a stretch.

It's really funny, because they could almost be sisters. People are weird. Shelly and I have on multiple occasions been mistaken for sisters. Weird.

Perhaps that was Hillary's problem...she didn't want it enough...at least I sure couldn't tell she was interested at all.....oh wait.

I agree that its not much of a stretch. I also heard somewhere that Sarah Palin thought it was really funny, especially because she was Tina Fay for Halloween last year. To that I thought, "How can you be Tina Fay...? Just wear normal clothes?" I don't know.

I saw that a couple days ago... very funny. And I agree, Andrea, how the heck did she dress up as Tina Fay? Oh well.

That's so funny. It's so weird that they look so much alike. Kind of creepy actually.

Palin dressed as Tina....it is quite amusing.

Yeah, I was just thinking about Palin showing up at a party and everyone being like, "Why didn't you dres up?" and her being like, "No, I'm Tina Fey, get it?"

and I loved it.

This is my favorite video!! I have become obsessed, we saw it on Saturday night live, and then I have watched it online like five times since. I have no idea why, but I think it is hilarious!
