I have 3 things to share:
1. I used some Blistex today. Not very much, just a tiny, tiny bit. It was the first time I've used actual chapstick in several days. I've been using Vaseline and drinking lots of water to moisturize my lips otherwise. Don't judge me. I caved, but only momentarily.
2. Imma let you finish, but I have the biggest zit of ALL TIME on my chin. Seriously. And its little sister is coming in right next to it. And of course it is EXACTLY in the middle of my chin, so it basically looks like a have a big red cleft. It's really great.
3. As of yesterday, I have lost 15 pounds since July. I've been watching pretty carefully what I eat and working out, and turns out that that really works! You really do lose weight when you do that! So that's good. A couple more to go and I'll be what I was at when I got married, and hopefully I keep heading downward for a while. To a point, you know. I don't want to be too skinny. My goal is 95.
So yeah.

Sorry about the sister zits. Middle-chin seems to be their favorite place on people. Boo to them.
Good job on watching your food and exercise! And also on your Blistex detox. Blistex is hard to kick, but you can do it.
95....that sounds like too much you should probably try to go for like 60 or something. haha. jk. but for realsies way way PROUD of you for losing weight. such control is impressive. congrats! I was 140 when we got married and at the time i wanted to be 125. James said that would look too skinny on me. now after two kids, i would LOVE to be back at my wedding weight. haha. forget the whole 125 thing, who cares about that anymore! ;o) good thing james didnt marry me for my body.
zits suck. at what age do you stop having zits? both james and i still get acne and we think "isn't this supposed to be like a teen thing in high school?"
i still use chapstick. constantly. you are amazing.
Im so proud of you! Lifestyle changes are way harder than a fad diet! And you know, I will notice :)
95 sounds reasonable. do you watch biggest loser. it's pretty inspiring... and motivating. it awesome.
Well my goal is 90, so....
We can be healthy together after we Zumba!

No but seriously, way to go on losing all that weight. I'm super impressed. I should follow your example.
