Don't tell my mom

After a recent run, I came home and wanted a snack. We'd just purchased a bunch of fruit, so I decided to have one of these:





and then to REALLY make it healthy, I added this:

which turned out to look like this:


Don't be silly, of course it didn't really. It looked like this, but this picture does not accuratly convey the deliciousness of the banana split.



It was an excellent, excellent snack.

you get my vote for best use of a banana. YUM!

(and what's the point of running if you can't splurge at the end and eat all the calories you just burned off? pshhh)

a light snack indeed. I have a light snack consisting of 5 chicken kabobs every night.
