Wow, thanks, Playtex Sport. If only the rest of my feminine hygiene items were so encouraging! Perhaps I would work a little harder if they were.
Obviously after finding this I not only had to take a picture but peruse the rest of the box of 16 and see if they all said that. What I found was even better--they all say different inspiring things.
Here are a few of my favorites.
"You're a take-charge kind of girl!"
"Make your workout count."
"You've got the power!"
"The score doesn't tell the whole story."
"PMS= Play More Sports."
"Totally in charge of your protection."
"Declare yourself a winner."
and I hardly dare write this last one (sorry mom, I know you will hate this)
"Life's a challenge . . . your tampon shouldn't be!"
And here I was thinking I had made this purchase decision based on the pink box and green applicator. I didn't even realize I was going to get some valuable life lessons too.

my favorite is "PMS=Play More Sports." I don't think I have ever thought to myself after some serious cramps, "MAN, I should really go out and play some soccer right now!" hahaha do you even know how cool it is that you did a post about tampons?

this is the funniest thing I have ever seen! seriously, I was laughing so hard, I couldn't believe it. But I just remembered I think I have the playtex Sport tampons somewhere in my bathroom. Obviously it's been awhile since I've needed them. I'm going to see if they say anything exciting!
HAHA! Erin-I honestly don't want to know how boring my life would be without you. PMS=Play More Sports. :) HA. I can only imagine the meeting where they had to come up with all those. lol.
Ok so I checked. Yes mine also have amazing comments. "Go for the standing ovation!" "You can do it!" etc.
James said they shouldn't put it on the wrapper but on the actual applicator and that they should have double meanings. He really didn't come up with any amazing ones, but I thought you would be either disturbed or entertained by his train of thought. :o)Both of which were good enough possible outcomes to share it with you.

haha, that is so fantastic. Why don't all the brands do that? It would make going through all of the pain a little more bearable.
When I saw the pic, I thought, "tampon? No way!" But then. . . yes it was. I think that this is one of the reasons I love you so much.
