These are all from a trip we took to Lake Tahoe a couple summers ago and stayed at Cas's grandparents' cabin. And now I'm married, Shelly's in Peru, Kate's in Spain, and Casidy is in Russia. And they won't start coming home until December. I'm not sure I can wait that long.
I am happy they're on missions, I really am. I'm just selfish and like all my friends to be accessible and around.

oh my goodness I agree so so much! Seriously, it's so sad. I still have Casidy's cell number in my phone and once in awhile I will honestly think "I haven't talked to Cas in forever! I should call her." And then I remember, "Oh yeh. She's on a mission. And my baby will be over a year old by the time she gets home." And then I get depressed.
I was supposed to go on that Tahoe trip too....maybe it was a different one but I think it was the same. My mom said yes...and then last minute she said no.
Casidy's HIDEOUSLY amazing sweater ... the hot pink and yellow and purple (whatever colors they are) ... I wore that once to some dress up day at PHS. I felt fantastic in it all day.
Erin -- maybe WE should just get together sometime and talk about how much we miss our friends. It could either make us more sad or make us happy. But probably it would just make us more sad.

I totally agree. Seeing that picture brought tears to my eyes!! You are all great girls, and I am so grateful to be friends with each one of you guys!! I love ya!! P.S. went to Promenade on Saturday night for the brother, and saw your sister-she looked amazing!

This made me miss my high school friends. It sucks when you grow up and get married and don't get to see your girlfriends anymore :(
